n occasione della 100a edizione della 24 Ore di Le Mans, la celebre corsa automobilistica di durata e S.T. Dupont si uniscono per dare vita a una collezione ricca, moderna e innovativa. La collezione rappresenta l’unione di due brand dal know-how unico che, ognuno nel proprio campo, fanno risplendere l’eccellenza francese nel mondo.
La collezione Prestige trae ispirazione dai simboli del circuito di Le Mans. Come supporto decorativo, S.T. Dupont ha ideato un’auto da corsa Dupont basandosi sui tratti distintivi del marchio e del mondo delle corse automobilistiche.
Il cofanetto comprende un accendino Le Grand Dupont, la cui lacca applicata blu e le cui finiture oro giallo sono un omaggio ai colori del circuito (strisce e cordoli della pista), ma simboleggiano anche il giorno e la notte di questa gara di 24 Ore. Il numero 8 raffigurato in più punti sulla scatola, poi, è un numero portafortuna, ma al tempo stesso strizza l’occhio all’indirizzo della prima boutique della Maison, che sorgeva a Parigi, al numero 8 di rue Dieu. Il cofanetto comprendere poi un portachiavi, ispirato a un casco dalle finiture dorate.
